Terms of Service

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

A workspace owner is responsible for the members they invite and the roles they assign. Workspace owners and admins control the events, guests, and content within their workspace.

You are solely responsible for the content of your events, invitations, and event pages, including text, images, and any uploaded assets. You must have the rights to all content you publish.

When you add or import guests, you confirm you have a lawful basis to process their personal data. You are the controller of your guest data; Paperonic processes it on your behalf to provide the service.

Our Data Processing Addendum applies where Paperonic processes personal data on your behalf.

Paid features are billed through our payment provider. One-time purchases (such as Event Plus) and subscriptions (such as Business plans) are described at checkout. Subscriptions renew until cancelled. See our Refund Policy for details.

Templates offered in the marketplace are licensed, not sold. Purchasing a premium template grants you a license to use it within Paperonic for your events, subject to the applicable license terms.

Designers who submit templates represent that they own or are licensed to distribute all included assets. Submissions are reviewed before publication and may be rejected or removed for quality or policy reasons. Designer payouts are not active during the beta.

Your use of Paperonic must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate it.

You may stop using the service at any time and may request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect the service and its users.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Paperonic is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from your use of the service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise. We may update these Terms by publishing a new effective date and version. If a material change adversely affects your rights, we will provide reasonable notice.
